Question 2 Beatitudes:

1-How blessed are the poor in spirit the kingdom of god is theirs.

2-Blessed are the gentle they should have the earth as their inheritance.

3-Blessed those who mourn they shall be confronted.

4-Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for uprightness they shall have their fulfill.

5-Blessed are the merciful they shall have mercy shown them.

6-Blessed are the pure heart they shall see god.

7-Blessed are the peacemakers they shall be recognized as children of god.

8-Blessed are those who are persecuted in the course of uprightness the kingdom of heaven is theirs.

2(a)=Humility in all we do nonviolence.(b)=blessed are you because you are gentle,you refuse violence and aggressiveness.

3(a)=Loving God with one’s whole heart,whole mind,whole soul.(b)=Blessed are you because yo are merciful;you attach your heart to misery;you will receive mercy.

4(a)=being willing to suffer for the right thing even if abused verbally or physically;accepting the consequences of living a good life(b)=blessed are you because at all times and at every moment you want to be an instrument of peace,seeking reconciliation above all things.

5(a)=Mercy and forgiveness.(b)=Blessed are you because you are merciful;you attach your heart to misery;you will receive misery.

6(a)=Loving God’s with one whole heart,whole mind,whole soul.(b)Blessed are you because your heart is pure;you do not accept compromises.

7(a)=peacemaking Loving those who are hard to love.(b)Blessed are you because at all times and at every moment you want to be an instrument of peace;seeking reconciliation above all the things.

8(a)=getting involved,helping the down trotten,working for the equality of people.(b)=Blessed are you because you have allowed your own conscience to develop you have accepted persecution you have not been afraid to proclaim the truth.

2-Blessed are you because you are gentle,you refuse violence and aggressiveness.

Individual Task 4 – Ethical principles

Answer the following questions on your blog:

1.) Give a brief description of who the Dalai Lama is? (Include resources to support)

The Dalai Lama is the head(Pope) of the Buddishm faith.The dalai lama was given a village called dhamsour because he’s homeland(Tibet)was invaded by the Chinese Government.The Dalai Lama is a inspirational Leader and a Leader that wants to help everyone because  he inspire’s people to turn from evil to be a good person and a nice person.Some people even refer to the Dalai Lama as a “Living God” because of he’s unique and inspirational skills,but he deny’s that claim and beleive he is a “Spirtual Teacher”

2.) Evaluate how the actions of the Dalai Lama in regard to the riots in Tibet would be regarded as exemplary moral integrity.

The Dalai Lama has showed exemplary moral integrity by still living and still preaching even were the centre of Buddism itself has been invaded.The Dalai Lama is still tryin to spread the message and the good things about Buddhism.

Individual Task 3 – Ethical principles

1.) Define the term ‘moral integrity’

Moral integrity means someone has a belief about the topic/subject and they purse themselves to think like that or to do the action.

2.) Describe why Maximillian Kolbe is regarded as a Christian of exemplary moral integrity.

Maxmillian kolbe has shown that he is a christan of exemplary moral integrity because he beleived those 10 other men shouldnt die and that him dieing would be doing he’s job as a priest to put he’s community before him.


3.) Outline Maximillians ethical actions/principles that he demonstrated in Auschwitz.

Maxmillain showed leadership skills and he was a brave person to put he’s life before others and he could of been in danger.


4.) Evaluate whether you think he made the right decision and provide research to support your answer. i.e. Catholic teachings.

Yes i beleieve maxmillain made the right choice because he was brave enought to put he’s life before others and made a sacrifice just like jesus did,he alos showed the 10 other men that he was a willing person to stop violence in this camp and to show that god will be with you through the tought times

1.) Describe the term ‘interactive TV’.

Interactive tv is a way of getting invloved witha tv for eg when u you watch tv you interact with it because you watch tv shows.
2.) Explain the reasons why interactive TV is now called TV 2.0.

1.) Explain the purpose of using ‘youtube’ as a source of digital media advertising?

I would use youtube becuase it is website evryone use for their wnats to watch from any topic.
2.) Discuss how collaborative media sites such as youtube, myspace and bebo have changed the current boundaries of media such as news, advertising ect.

They have changed it by makin advertising mo0re globaall and more technologicaly wiser

digital media is the world devloping in technology and using for digital media objects.
2.) How has digital media evolved over the last 5-10 years?

Digital Media has developed alot in 5-10 years because of this invention of mobile phones and internet.
3.) Discuss the reasons why digital newspapers are extremely popular?

because it is newer and highly developed in technology

Describe what is a person’s ‘conscience’?

A person’s conscience is what they think and how they act.

Describe how a persons conscience works in making moral decisions. Explain the relationship between religion and conscience?religion is something you believe in and a conscience is something you think of the realtionship is both things could lead to the same ideology
